Living in the moment

Theoretically speaking, I'm middle aged. I know this because lately I've had a tendency to leave my fly open, a condition usually associated with old men. For the most part, my middle agedness doesn't bother me, despite my not believing in an afterlife. I think that's because I do a reasonable job of living in the moment, for me the most valuable life lesson I continue to learn.
